This podcast is a resource for listeners to gain valuable knowledge of the chronic illnesses and diseases that are diagnosed by physicans. In my twenty years as a Registered Nurse I have experienced patients returning to the hospital after complications due to not understanding or following the doctor's orders. This podcast is a way for me to educate patients and their family to minimize the risk of complications after leaving the hospital. We will discuss topics like: medications and potential side affects, how to avoid potentially harmful drug interactions, dietary restrictions, and much, much more.
