Featuring Magic City Jai-Alai Chief Operations Officer Scott Savin
Welcome back to another revealing better results podcast show this is podcast show number 16116. And today's show was being presented by exquisite podcast radio network, of course.
And I'm your host garland l, middle off and also known as the consulting guy. In today's sponsors are magic city highlight highlight world dot com, that river's dot com.
watch highlight dot com, and black star fund l L L P dot com. And we're happy to have Mr. Scott 7 back with us here. He's the chief operations officer of magic city.
I lie in Miami, Florida, and before we get started, i'd just like to thank mister 7. And magic cb highlight for partnering with e P R in exquisite podcast radio network,
and E P R in, appreciate your support, and we honor to provide creative in strategic branding and marketing services for magic city highlight. And with that,
we'll be right back. So stay tuned in right here.
Welcome back to revealing better results. And I have Mr. Scott 7 on the line with me here. And there is a lot of exciting news coming up at mad at the magic city fraud time.
And last night the p R into featured magic city high lie and battle court season, and the battle and the match for battle, court and battle court season to air on e S P n.
This september, september 23rd. And, and scott, how did you come about with the, with the broadcasting deal? How did you get a broadcasting deal with e S P?
And that's, that's pretty major. Well, we feel very fortunate. And in garland we, we appreciate the ration relationship that we have with you and your network as well.
We've been, we've been trying for actually several years to get e S P n to take some notice of us. And honestly, we've developed a following on tick tock of several 100000 viewers.
And that really seemed to peak their interest. They, you know, they're trying to build their streaming audience and they're trying to get new sports products. So we will be live with all our battle court matches starting September 23rd.
And then we were very fortunate because they said we can offer you a prime time 8 PM slot on the S P n to. If you can get us a produce show and we had about 7 days to do it.
So I wasn't the one doing the editing, but the editors were pretty much working around the clock to get this wrapped up. And then we aired last night and it was a huge success and a great step forward for the program.
And now we look forward to battle court season coming up and kicking off september 23rd. And hopefully our audience will be up to about 300000000 homes at that point.
Wow. Ok. Well, we'll highlight tv is also coming to magic city. highlight is, is, is highlight, going to include the polluted games and stats and played by please highlight tv will be including a little bit of everything.
So yes, they want all things highlight. So they'll have to load it. They'll have h 2 H, they'll have battle court and they archive everything.
And I think, you know, the concentration will be on the upcoming battle court season, but they will, they will have everything there. Ok. Ok,
well do you see that eventually the political games will be phased out in and people will be concentrating more on h 2, which is about a court court formats.
I think the team concept with battle court really is understood well by the sport span. And I think that they understand the h 2 H in the battle court format,
where you're playing 2 out of 3 sets up to 6 points to win a match. It's easier for them to understand that than the polosa there. There is a following for the pillows,
so I would say it might be reduced, but probably not entirely phased out and battle court will be increased. All right, well there's an interest internationally for highlight to h in battle court to kick off in mexico when other countries do you think that when the International squaws are ready and they're all trained,
will they will they have their own li that has inter lee play in tournaments with, with the magic city front on that's the plan. We may be a few years away from that,
but I think everyone is coming around to the battle court format and the team format. And we're talking to people down in mexico and also in spain. About having their own 4 or 5 team leagues.
And then at the end of the season, you know, the US team in the mexican team in the Spanish team, the champions would all sort of meet up in a final tournament.
And then ultimately like our super bowl of highlight. Wow. Okay, yeah, that sounds exciting. What, what's well, what's the main goal for magically the highlight?
And what do you guys concentrating on and cheating for this upcoming battle court season? I think the main goal is exposure of the product and then getting people excited about the sport itself,
the speed, the athleticism of the players. And you know, starting to find their favorite team or their favorite player to boot for just like they would.
And you know, football, basketball or baseball. All right, well, were sunday still be the main days where fans can attend and watch the matches.
That magic city. Actually, we've been advised that when we're in football season, it's best to not have sunday be our live day. So we're going to switch to Friday nights.
So at 7 o'clock on Friday nights it will be live in Miami. We're going to make a real big effort to try and fill the front on. And we'll have a lot a lot better time slot at 7 o'clock on Friday night.
Don't have to go up against the NFL or even, you know, college football. So we're very excited about that. Yeah, definitely. Sounds like a better.
Better line up there on Friday. I'll be tuning in, so, but it's good. Yeah, it's, it's funny cuz miss exquisite mrs. exquisite 1st lady of exquisite podcast radio network often says that I really don't watch all the sports anymore.
Just highlight d, the highlight is going to have the same effect on, on fans that have been loyal to football, baseball and basketball. Well, I mean,
we know it's going to be a slow, but hopefully very steady growth. And we are especially looking forward to the response from the younger viewers, the people in there,
really twenties, thirties, and forties, who are discovering highlight for the 1st time, and really fascinated and somewhat captivated by the sport, speed of the sport,
the danger of the sport. And just be asked the athletic ability of the players. So we're hoping for a slow build and that's why friday nights are attractive to us.
You know, there's not that much else to be watching sports wise in the winter months in and during the football season. So hopefully we'll capitalize on that and hopefully we'll,
we'll get you down to Miami a time or 2 to see it up close in person. Oh yeah, definitely definitely, definitely be down there for that.
A court to championships, and E P R in life to think of ourselves is the marketing arm for magic cb highlight. And as we continue to push highlight cation forward,
what do you think sticks out in the mind of new fans the most player insights and highlights or approved state wage, you ring to bet rivers or defends like the merchandise or the combination of all 3.
I think it's a combination, but I think the 1st thing you said, learning about our players and getting insights into who they are and their backgrounds and you know,
we have such a diverse locker room, you know, we have players from mexico, spain, france, the Philippines, and of course, you know,
here in the US and then we've got, you know, former college athletes. We've got x pro athletes. We have a complement of younger players guys that are,
you know, 18192021. And then we've got, you know, the kind of older veterans, the guys in their late thirties in early 40. So it's really an amazing locker room,
very cohesive. You know, the young kids and the older veterans and people really from all nationalities, cultures and walks of life. And it's a diverse but a very cohesive locker room.
So that we really like to focus on our players and get people to know who they are. And you know how they got to highlight. Wow, wow.
Okay. Well, scott, it's definitely been a pleasure getting an update on everything that's going on in front of the magic city. Any special thanks a shout out to the listeners before we in the podcast.
Well, I mean, we think all of our listeners for tuning in watching highlight, learning about the sport and, you know, we hope it's just slow,
steady growth. We're highlight will become a mainstream sport and maybe some who make the trip down to Miami, starting September 23rd so they can see us in person.
And, you know, ask for me because I'm there every friday night and happy to meet the fans. How all right, all right, and you've heard here on the p.
R ends revealing better results was a pleasure having magic city high lies chief operational treat, chief operations officer, mr. Scott fabbing with us today and have a great week everyone.
Podcast Episode 115
Audio Transcript: (Starting from Segment 2)
Welcome back to the 2nd segment of revealing better results, podcast show number 115, and I'm your host garland l mclaughlin. Also known as the consulting guy.
And today we are going to focus on business will more so on political and economics of what's going on today. And the current political arena and the world economic situations that are happening out there.
And couple points from here. The United States as well. We're going to be talking about the false narrative of ukraine winning the war against russia. I have some points to share.
We'll be talking about the economy. And the impending dollar collapse will also be talking about the flipped political witch hunt. That's actually taking place right now. The flipped political witch hunt and we're also seeing crime increase and have some solutions,
you know, have a clip to play from fox News, fox business regarding the crime increase and what, what citizens in the U. S. Are doing now to,
you know, kind of stem and curve the increase in crime around the nation. And, You know, well, beginning here with the, this, the false narrative of,
of the ukraine and winning the war against russia right now. And the mainstream media is not telling the real narrative of how the US is sending weapons and money and it's all being confiscated or destroyed.
The ukraine is, is surrounded. They're, they're surrounded in their military. The military is decimated, reports reports have, have been told that the mainstream media,
even in the mainstream media reports are coming out that over over 200200000,
been killed. And that's practically ukraine's all of the ukraine military and russia is also turned off and cranes energy supply lines. And in the economic war and the global economic war In,
in russia. They're doing, they're, they're planning on doing the same thing to europe. They're planning on turning off all the gas in Europe here in the near future.
And and put in is saying that he's not accepting any currency except currencies that are backed by gold and tangibility, gold and precious metals and pollutants. Now working with brazil,
india, china, south africa and with russia included this forms the bricks, nations b, R I C S bricks. And that's all of this coming together with russia.
Right? In the middle, it's leading up to the, the economy and indep in impending dollar collapse. And russia and china and now demanding that goods and services be paid for in gold and in tangibility,
gold and precious metals. The rubel is now being backed by gold, as well as the Chinese you want. So there you have it, 2 nations connecting together and they're not going to accept us dollars.
And the reason being is that the U. S. dollar, it's only backed by confidence. It's not backed by gold, we've been taken off the gold standard since 1971 or $70.00 to $1.00 of those years when nixon came on the news and announced that need to protect the dollar against the precious metals speculators.
And from that point on, in the seventy's till now. Well, till currently The US has been removed from using the gold standard to back the currency.
So this is a, this is, this is a primary reason why people globally no matter what current. So you have especially for us citizens, you need to,
you need to get to work and start start saving up your saving up your stored savings that were stored in dollars your savings account. You need to, you need to flip that into golden silver because it's tangible,
it has a value, and it, it rises in value has the US dollars, purchasing power continues to decrease. And you can, you can head on over to black star fund l L L,
P dot com, and hit the bullion bank. Now open button or link. And I can check out the selection, Make you choices. Black star fund,
l L L P dot com, hit the bullion bank. Now open link and moving on here. We see in the news in, Well, what's not being shared in the mainstream media news is,
is the, the flipped political witch hunt. The prosecutor, special prosecutor, mr. Darren is leading right now and the witch hunt is the, the flipped,
which is actually taking place. And There is the, the previous Was the actual which hunt where nothing was there.
It forced the government while president trump was in office, forced them to search high and low when they didn't find any criminal evidence whatsoever. Now, that whole circus has flipped around,
flipped around into the actual hunt for criminals within the government. And now biden is sign in his brother and they're, they're going to be face and treason soon.
You know, they're, they're little money, money laundering operations in the ukraine. It's not, not working out so well for them. And You know,
there's no way to run and not sure if the president, former president of japan shins or these assassination is part of all of his political theatre in game.
But, you know, president b did form of friendship with putin and firm. And so this may be even more evidence against the corrupt biden administration. And we're,
we're also seeing here in the US that the crime crime continues to increase in select areas around the nation. And everybody's wondering what's going on, what's happening?
Why is this happening? Is loading is robbery. There is violent assaults and you know, citizens or citizens are seeing the light in their protecting themselves and they're protecting themselves at all times.
So I'm going to play a little clip here from fox News about 5 minutes long. And we'll give you some insight on to, you know, what was going on and how,
how the citizens of the US are taking back their, taking back their power, taking back their freedom. 543.
And well, not only does america need law and order america, and the government needs it here to the codes of protect and serve and not sting, state sanctioned execution.
And 2 people come to mind more recently mr. jalen walker And Miss brianna taylor.
Both are in the process of being covered up But we all know these These murders were state sanctioned because they don't want to correctly prosecute the officers involved In these heinous crimes against humanity and against the black community.
And yes, foundational black america, we need to continue to bear arms. Just like the constitution says, protect ourselves at all time At all times. That's a key solution.
And we need to demand that america provide foundation on black america With with the,
with the, with the ability and the tools of having our own enforcement agency. And what I mean by that, preferably, we can utilize an agency,
the federal agency already in existence. And it's being under utilized and the government is saying that they don't have funds to fund it. Why don't we just go,
why don't you just, why isn't the government just assign foundational black americans with the, with the proper training credentials and administrative knowledge. Why? Why don't we just go ahead and take over the immigration and customs enforcement agency,
better known as ice. And this will, this will pretty much drive out all crying in all things that aren't supposed to be happening in our communities, not just urban ones,
but in all of our foundational black communities. So there you have it folks as my solution on revealing better results for all the citizens in the United States and globally.
And I'm, you been your host garland del mclaughlin, also known as the consulting guy and have a great week everyone.
Podcast Episode 114
Welcome back to another revealing better results podcast and I'm your host garland l mclaughlin, also known as the consulting guy. And today,
today I have a very informative podcast for you, for you all, and all of the listeners we're going to be talking about b one, moving forward,
about business and about politics. And I'll be pointing out some facts you know, relevant points, Right? As soon as I get back from these messages,
but 1st, today's show is being sponsored by black star fund, limited liability limited partnership or black star fund, l L L T go to w W,
W dot black star fund l L L P dot com. If you have business and you're looking for b to be services, black star fund, limited liability,
limited partnership can provide that for you. And today show is being presented by exquisite podcast, radio network of course. And with that, stay tuned in right here.
And we're back here with revealing better results. b one moves forward about business and about politics. And, you know, I'll just start this off,
this monologue off here. You know, the, the tragic shootings. You know, the narratives they've turned into the narrative of, oh, you know,
yet a watch these black folks even even in, in the cases of the shooters being immigrants and they're not foundational black americans. You know, the US,
they're there, they're continuously trying to slap foundational black america in the face by sending money to the ukraine in,
you know, bringing on another wave of immigrants and they're, they're not, they're not immigrants, they're illegal. So, you know, they're just migrating here for some illegal protections that they shouldn't have.
But you know, they weren't, we're not going to make it somebody tional black, america's not going to make it easier for anyone coming to america for benefits.
You know, without us getting our reparations 1st and the 2nd point we will, why aren't any specific lol is being put in place format, shootings, protections.
You know, against this deep state, but we'll call what it is. It's white supremacy. You know, why are, why aren't there specific protections in place against What they're doing to us know specific protections for foundational black americans It's simple.
It's simple. Why there aren't any specific protections in place because the illegals that they're paying to come here to america. aspire to be, I know wary white supremacists just to be a fraction of a step ahead of foundational black americans.
So yeah, yeah, by taking both sides of the argument. Sure. Sure. The dominant society can say, no, no, this isn't about race because we have all types of every one from all these different places trying to come in here.
So it's not just about pressing, foundational black american they even look like you to that's all bullshit. But well, their own mechanisms are going to be they're going to be going against them and they're,
they're, they're beginning to sharpen their pitchforks and they're getting ready to harvest. The dominant society that presents presents to most, most illegals of very different free ality from what actually happens when,
when they get here, you know, they're, they're, they're presented a very different reality from what they've been brainwashed, to believe about america. And this is all why all of these policies and cooperation initiatives between blacks and america and other races have been coming out into open now these days and American needs.
america needs us back. They need to need us to back down and back them up. You know, this is very, that's hilarious at this point in no,
never, not ever, not ever, even after you cut the checks to start reparations for foundational black america will. Well, I stand with, with your nonsense because the dominant american society is no longer able to trick foundational black america into accepting a permanent seat in hill along with them.
And that's, that's, that's hilarious. How they're trying to you know, pair receipt and hell with them. Because, you know, there's is already prepared for them.
And in this goes this, this all goes back to the fundamental cold The fund or mental code that ensures that everyone,
everyone that's looking for positive results to be revealed in their own communities was regardless of race. You know, the fundamental cold needs to be applied to reveal better results and you,
you must be in control of the economics of your communities. creating businesses and standards for community businesses are pretty much written in unwritten political policies that communities can adhere to.
And yes, we're all responsible for structuring and politically empowering our communities through group economics. And, you know, this enables our communities to enforce their own legal mechanisms and legal measures.
And you know, The propaganda in the media that's,
that's all part of all of these mechanisms that make up the establishment. And we can see that the deep state white supremacy leads whenever you want to call them.
They've been panicking and they've lost control of steering the audience through the media. CNN, cnbc, fox and others. They're all losing their audience to in the networks light,
exquisite podcast, radio network. And you know, the 5th and final point i'd like to make today As we move along with our business and politics, you know,
education, it's the last stage of power. nomics that's been designed by the honorable dr. claud anderson and our nomics works from the ground up and not from the top down.
And if h p, c's were adhering to the coal, especially at the educational level with power nomics, they wouldn't allow their funders a, the so called federal government to stipulate their programs are going to be implemented to,
to, to, to support, to support ukrainians and illegals. Coming here to america. Yes. So the so called vice president geno graduated from an H b C.
U howard howard university. She's, she's revealed that she has no control or command over the education that she was she's, she's been, she's received. She,
she's a paper. tiger. So you know, Every one out there that wants to follow or some so call black girl magic or whatever you want to call it you all,
can you feet or more stupidity to recite in, you know, as I pretty much have better things to do with my time so So shut out to the newly formed black heritage lions club in New London,
Connecticut, and shout out to the club president. Mr. roland dunham. The 2nd. And shot out to entrepreneurs globally for revealing better results and continuing to reveal better results and shot out to Mr.
marcel dixon for making the South Carolina congressional c ballot. And I'm pretty sure he's going to defeat fish fry cliburn and yell with an fuck. Which you so definitely shot out to mister marcel and shut out to shut out the black star political party movement and be one.
And I've been your host gollindo mclaughlin, also known as the consulting guy. have a great week everyone.
Garland L. McLaughlin aka Consulting Guy

I get adam record which is bringing back the boom. That sounds in hipaa. You brought the fresh air,
you know? Yeah, no doubt, no doubt. Well, well, when did you notice that you had a neck for rhyme and creative music because you've been doing this for a while now for a long time since I was in high school,
it basically says I was like 12, you know, I used to have some of my friends back then, which is the my now come to the house,
wrap it, you know, done now and you know, a couple of guys around the way ways and down the rock. him to come to the project with a magnetic dams.
And I'm going to hall, i'm watching my cousin d j. Chris town. So all that act and I don't like put the spirit in hip hop in the back when I was young and I was the yeah,
I mean I I will be more serious as far as like at night.
Great. Cuz I remember like the 1st month of high School back in industries, i had a whole crowd of girls around me. sophomore and I was a question.
And they was like, yeah, we heard you rap. I'm like, ok. Yeah. So, you know, the, you know, we all became good friends and got it.
So, you know, I was going to couple of groups coming up before I actually got with that was, well, when would you be down? We'll play the unit,
you know, things like that. So all that I Had a young teenager. Well, how did you link up math, 8th and get thing and I met a cousin of mine pop.
He bought me around, I see rock, but then I heard me and they bought me around that the 8th, 8th. heard me like blown away right away so you know how the rooms rest of the streets.
They want to like they you know, going to school. My mother wasn't ok and you know I was in college. Ok. So, you know,
I met him a couple of months later, you put me in the studio and I just thought it was One. You know? Oh, okay, well,
well, did you do? You have to work in developing your style while you Well, after you formed a group? No, no, he just pretty much let me do me.
You know. Ok. So he wanted that hot for next I'm a female so it just came naturally. Cool. Cool. Well, will describe you,
his song extra, extra and what went into creating that and, you know, making it a hit and legendary basically me and my baby father to what we collectively wrote it.
And I figure, you know, we had a couple of things to choose from the 1st single, but I figured after told a better story about me about,
well, what's that a, well, it's coming from, you know, when they put it, you know, and I knew that one day in the future that that would be important as why,
like, we are hip hop is going now. Right. You know, so is just bring it back that feeling that double does that have that, that the,
the fun days jammed out. Now what? Nobody get shot. Right. You know, stuff like that and of course for me up being a let Down.
No doubt me a primo. We were good friends for them before that. Ok. Ok. Yeah yeah, that was ok. Yeah. Yeah. I got a new single out now core,
get some back that kind of the same one that actually it's showing that a lot of love with the 1st want to break, you know, in the day it,
you know, because I'm not that number 45 but is pretty much we, you know, land it all out. But at home that's why you know,
ok. Ok. Well with that we're going to take a short break here from our sponsors and we'll be right back with miss paula perry.
And we're back here with Miss paul perry. And yeah, we were in the, we were in a good discussion here. She was telling us about her,
her early korea and well, were you headed now with the, with the entertainment career? I saw a while back. You were affiliated with a TV program.
Are you still working with them or working in tv media? What do you mean the TV program that that will be your center tv here. Where that's my boy mccaul.

Ok. By the way. He's doing a lot of work with the father. Oh no. Yeah. You know, so whatever he got as far as like editing for him and stuff like that,
you know, I'm always here and, but now put the camera down a while ago. You saw before back that Well,
is that your main focus, these days the music because I see You know,
because I feel that I can be one of the ones that concerned the music around that to turn the energy that is giving like, you know, a lot of companies about this jail new they can a lot of complaints about the oddest,
promote the violence and right like that. And I wouldn't say promote, make people going to do what they're going to do anyway. Yeah. But what I have to do as up as an older person in Palm,
it show them that there's ways to have fun without being on a whole bunch of drugs. Without help me, a gun is showing all your money. Like once you do that,
given people wanted to come with us. Right. You know, so a lot of people got to learn how to do like j. D, in a little bit more.
Why the situ, which you. Yeah. Well, we know it was it all year. Well, the next e P. I'm working on now.

especially with the album. Ok, that was extra extra. But whatever The I don't want to talk about that No more. You know, I gotta get my lawyer on it,
but with that being said, the should be dropping probably like towards once her call maybe like the interval apple. Somebody actually right now I'm in Virginia. So we trying to get the model from New York down here.
You know, to just go to stuff, so I have a whole listing of pricing and stuff like that, you know, and the people that we can have fun without.
Nobody can shop genius. Pretty much quiet when it comes to clubs and stuff like that. On the street. No. Get me wrong. Last part again,
they have a bond endorse shows, you know, was always a thing. Good luck. That's good as well. Well, do you have a website to promote everything?
I see you are here on social media? Well, yeah, no, I don't have my website up. This is yet. I'm still working on it cuz I have a whole lot of new content.
But I can't get the old one down. Ok. Basically all my is the grand paul up to everyone. One. Ok. Yeah. Yeah. Once you wish,
wish a number one goal that you want to hit this year this year, this year? Yeah. Well, to finish up this p to start blowing a lot of show again,
you know, I have a tool coming up actually in June the for what everybody, me, mothers want to build. So we're going to show out if That sounds the fashion to back them up that way and then Okay.
And stuff like that. So just to expand, my business is a little more, you know, get it back running like I had it back some years ago and I was in Brooklyn.
So we had them a lot of things slow down anyway, but you know, it is what it is that take a day by day as to plan the plan.
If we can do some times, you know, but you have any shot out you want to give to the well yeah, I want to shut out the body.
All my people, all my y'all. If I miss the days grandaddy, are you everybody's everybody's not everybody cuz I don't wanna leave nobody out. Yeah,
my, my nephew, my, me Everybody support and the all in the role of the know rappers.
Let's go, let's turn this around and I'm, I would watch something recently recorded b, B, C and is god punishing us. You know, sometimes we have to think about our act by some way to fix it.
Right. You know, a lot of things that we plan on doing that. The things that we weren't supposed to do on the 1st place. Yeah.
What I did as life lessons. There were, wow. It's like people calling their body hardware and all you know, body thought telling you some, listen to it.
And hey, you've been listening to reveal and better results with our special guest, the legendary rap artist paula perry. This is, I am garland l mclaughlin.

exquisite podcast radio network, of course, exquisite coffee and black star fund, triple lp. And brendan, welcome to revealing better results and you know, how's the se oh business going there in your neck of the woods?
Thanks for having me on and cited to share some knowledge about us, you know, and everything is kind of how it is just changing all the time.
And just trying to stay up to date with Google is constantly changing now with them and trying to figure out what works today and how to keep that traffic coming in.
Ok, okay. Because yeah, s E O is, is pretty interesting to me while I'm on my digital marketing quest to conquer the, the Internet.
What, what got you interested in building a business around search engine optimization. And you know, who were the customers that you were trying to to reach when you 1st started out And I kind of just fell into it after I graduated from college.
Got my degree in business marketing. And one of the 1st jobs i got was working at a company, helping them out with their digital marketing and was doing pretty much everything,
doing their c O. 2 in social media doing email marketing, doing paid ads and even taking pictures of products for the website and back them kind of this in 2007 realize that I was gonna have a website in the future and I see okay,
to get free traffic and just kind of stuck with it ever since and just realized that Yeah, why pay google or facebook or any other websites to get you up there when you get up there for free without spending money yet to invest your time,
which is money, but at least you get that visibility and you get that long term visibility, because without seo, you stop doing that. failure is still the ranking on top of Google for a while to competitors outright.
You but you're spending money on ad me stop sending money on ads. You're just gone. It just goes away because it's not organic. I get it.
I mean, well, you have about 131415 years of experience. And what, what was there an intensive learning process to become proficient as c O, consultant?
Yeah, definitely took a lot of trial and error and testing and seeing what works and what doesn't work and just reading in different forms or taking classes and watching videos.
Just china learn as much as possible and test along the way to see if like your reading or watching is actually accurate. Because what works today doesn't always work tomorrow.
So that's the one thing. You can read all these different talk tactics, but it might not necessarily still work. So go out to trial and error trying to figure out what really still does work versus what people I putting out there.
Right? What will, how has c O evolved from 2007 to now it may come a lot tougher doc to do is pretty easy, less competition and goals algorithm of sophisticated.
Now there's a lot more competition. I mean, almost everyone has a website, so yeah, touch it. You got a lot more people that you're fighting against because we're not really trying to be google.
We're just trying to be doing the best f E O is going to get to the top. So now we have to look at the competitors and figure out what they focus on,
which is what google is good content and saying, good quality back links to more important things that movie up those rankings is really quality over quantity. All right,
well, well, what do you commonly see with your website, your platform, operating clients, you know, having issues with when it comes to solving their,
their s E O problems. What, what, what, what do you commonly come across with their problems? Other number one issue is that we will pay merrily back links,
usually getting good quality sites coming to you because back things are the most important thing for google without back links impossible rank on Google. So google started based off that makes this change a lot,
have a look at them, but it's really based on getting other websites to talk to you. And that's a tricky thing is like, how do you get other websites to talk about to try different ways you could do it like a competitors backlink and not him.
And you could also start blogging on other websites, 85. Yeah. Usually website, you can kind of building relationships with those websites and thing if you give them some content for free and that's usually a safe way to go backlink.
But you've got to be careful because if you've got the wrong type of backlink allows you to do more harm than good, which is the last thing you want to happen is someone johnson got in writing.
So you gotta make sure you got a good quality back links and good quality back links. Me mean drove a website. Like if you're a doctor and you're having mechanically out to you that might look real shades,
google can get out to a doctor like a doctor should have like a web m D or something related to health and wellness. That would make more sense.
So just making sure back going to what you're doing is really important. Exactly, exactly what will after you do some digging on some clients and you see their website history in this strategy.
Do you find that sometimes they weren't really open with you about the results they were getting before they may, you Know too often be usually they're just like I did figure this out and they're happy to tell me everything that's gone on.
If things have been we're, they've done things in the past that they knew they should've done, I'm everything is out and open if you know where to look so I can always see that stuff and I usually tell them before,
because I get to see everything, give her tools to look back links such as like my eyes are a transfer, summarize get really see everything they've done.
Nothing was nowhere to look right. Ok. Well, when you 1st started out, when you 1st started in the business, we're course supporters that really wanted you to shine as seo optimizer is dot com and you know,
move, move forward with what you're doing. Now. Definitely my family pushing it as much as possible and trying to help me out as much as possible to try to grow and even building into a company and took a while of working full time job to do an SEO and working this on the side.
But eventually build it up and get a level where I could stay myself and not have to have that full time job and make this my popularity. But definitely having support a family and friends,
just a strong support team helps out a lot. And that's great. That's great to hear. Well, how can potential customers reach you about your services?
Anyone that listen to this, I made a special ok the paid for them on the web site with the special yes. Go to s E O optimizer,
dot com. Forward slash gift. They can find that at e O O P T I M A Z E R os dot com, forward slash gifts,
and they can find out more information about myself on that. Okay. Okay. That actually, if I suddenly had a promo already set up and everything Thanks,

And she's also the only founding she foundational black american woman with their own children's diaper line of products and accessories. Now welcome to revealing better results. kyra,
how's, how's the baby diaper business st. You these days? Well, it is a very competitive industry, but nonetheless, there is space and room to grow.
But thank you God, of having me truly honored and I do not take this opportunity lightly. So let's get into it. Ok. Ok. Well,
what inspired you to get into the type of business in particular, you know, just share some stories with one of the lead. So I can, I'll do a timeline here.
So the pen to me, so 2021. Excuse me, 2020. I got sent home to work to work from home and which was a blessing for me.
I got to spend more time with my daughter and bond. And then also just kind of reflect on my family matters. I am a single mom and you know,
it just, it just gave me time to really reflect on how I got to where I was in to, you know, kind of rearrange some things and,
and put me and my daughter in a, in a better position. But that, you know, but that was one thing. But as we move on to the middle of the year,
you know, the unfortunate an untimely death of george florida murder, i should say, happened. And I was, I was pretty much triggered at this point because,
you know, of all of the unjust, you know, police killing of our brothers, our fathers in the black community. You know, and I'm in a,
I live in the city where, you know, treyvon was murdered. The emotions running high at this point. I didn't like what they were staying, especially when I found out that george floyd was a father.
And, you know, I could think about was, you know, his daughter not coming home to a father and I'm like, well, it could be me,
you know, I could have made, it could happen to my child products. So I was like, man, I really want it to create a brand that one for takes families in particularly or 1st black families.
And so would that send to me by the end of the that's when I started to, you know, pick the business name, do the research, but by the end of 2020 we found out like who was really disproportionately affected right during the pandemic.
So it was women and then it was women of color, black community we, we were just going through it at this point. And so, you know,
I was moved by a you tube video where a mother went into walmart to the and the shell. I've never seen the show. No one has ever seen the shelves that empty.
Right. I mean, it was the size that she wanted to buy. She couldn't buy and you know, so this was widespread, right? Because if you have the money,
you're going to panic by and you're going to stock up, right? But for those who don't have that money, you know, they were left to either buy diaper that was too small,
too big, or it's been more of their budget then they needed to write and maybe use a brand that necessarily didn't work right for their beta. We're talking about the brand,
you know what, you know, and take up most of the, you know, most of the, the shelf space in retail. So with that being said,
I was like, you know, you know, we need brands that are connected with the community, right? Because honestly, should never happen, your 1000000000 dollar company industry.
Right. And you run out of product or you know, your customers, some of your customers are disproportionately affected and you're not doing them hand right. It's never right.
It should be on your heart. You should be your mission, right? So I want it to, you know, not only provide you know, affordable and provide access to quality good.
But also want it to be a brand cares, right? That serves. So, but that's what inspired me to, to really move forward and really be connected with the what the community and the needs of the community.
Okay. Ok. Well, what was some of those challenges that you, you had to overcome just to just to get people to, you know, see you and see a product and see what you had to offer.
So I, let me see, it was, it was, I would say it is, it was very hard for me to try to convince people to buy into a brand,
right? Or notice a brand or keep in mind of a brand that where we didn't have a product, right? So, you know, I had to be confident as a business owner,
say man, I could do this like what I have. What I'm going to offer, you know, is, is, is big and it's what's needed,
right? And so, you know, in whenever you're starting a business like so what if you don't have the product, like even if you have to prototype,
i read article of a business strategist in theory entrepreneur. And she said, who cares, put it out there. Let people know that you know, this is it,
or this is coming. And so I had to be confident in that and say, hey, you know, I, you know, I'm the CEO of elo puppy and I'm starting a black own type of brand.
You know, here's the sample, try us out. Even though you know, you don't know when the, the business loan is going to clear. You don't know when the business credit cards are going to increase to be able to launch this product.
You just want to get it out there and pray to God that they remember you or still have, you know, to have babies in diapers by the time you do fully launch.
So that was one of the challenges to really have people believing in this brand before the product actually came out. Another thing is access to capital, right?
You know, that minority lack that and all of minorities, but excuse me, the black community we like that the most. Right. And so, you know,
this is not something where you can throw The 5 grand know you need exact. Exactly. So, you know, if we had to go back to the drawing board,
i was going to launch it for mine. So when I say for line, I just mean you know sizes why? So newborn decides 5, and we're going to the wife as well.
So a little puppet was opposed to the subscription base. But because, you know, when the pandemic happened, and, you know, I was getting prices quoted back in 2020,
but when 2021 came around and I'm like, okay, I'm ready. Like the, the fright talk, the loan had more than doubled. I was like what I'm talking about,
you know, it went from, you know, not single digit, but yet single digit thousands to, you know, to double digit. So, you know,
it was just like, whoa, so I had to go back to the drawing board and so now we're offering, or we have to offer a trial pack.
Right? And I think it's much better. This is the pricing to the sensitive market. And so, you know, you want to be able to offer a product,
at least would they're comfortable enough to try and, you know, I'm okay with that as a business owner. Like at least try us out. That way.
When we like, when we do fully launch, we think you'll be confident in you know, switch over. Yeah. Yeah. Ready? Yeah. So so is that,
So what, what is your, what is your current way that you market the brain and I know you're doing a little, the social linear, you're doing some events and you recently had an appearance on a TV show tv program where the interview so yeah,

Episode 109 Transcript:
Welcome back to another episode of revealing better results, your host galand mclaughlin, also known as the consulting guy. And this is show 109
and we're getting ready to get in full swing with another magic city, highlight each to a season. And today we have the chief operations officer match for the highlight back with us.
The commissioner, mr. Scott Savin. Welcome back to revealing better results. Scott, how are things going and Good, we have a lot to talk about today.
We sure. Do we sure do things are great. It's great to speak with you again and you know, it's opening day here. And so many new things and positive things for us.
So we're happy to get underway today. All right, well, well 1st off, how did you have you come up with the vision or where did it come from?
Where the vision come from to come up with a faster version of hi ally and branded team concept that you know more fans would be attracted to. Well,
we were told basically by the people that were watching and especially some of the younger audience that we needed to find a way to speed up the game, make the points go faster and that's really what led us to the smaller court.
And it also, you know, makes the reaction time of the players that much faster. And with the ball going a 125 miles an hour, you know,
the fastest ball sport in the world. It, it ups the danger level as well. So are everything sorta pointed to us trying to, it's fast and furious to start with and now it's just even more dangerous.
And then as far as the team concept, that was another thing where it's sort of, we're trying to determine how we could mainstream the sport and make it more fan friendly.
And everyone was always talking about, you know, people love to route for teams. Right? So we were like, all right, well, you know,
we could take the roster that we have and we could create teams and that's exactly what we did. We have a com squads and we have 4 squads with 6 layers on each water and you know,
their own uniforms and their own nicknames and a lot of cash up for grabs. And then the 2 teams with the most points over the next 8 weeks are going to play off in a championship game.
And there's just over these 8 weeks about $75000.00 up for grabs. So players have a lot to play for and we think it's going to be exciting for the fence as well.
Ok. Ok. Well well, how are you able to determine which player was going to be on? Which squad? So what we did is we tried to make the squads as evenly balanced as we could.
We took all the players and we divided them into 6 groups, the, the best for and then the next best for the next best for all the way down.
So we had 6 groups with the best 4 players left in each group. And then I had an 8 time highlight world champion. Look at the look at the slides we had created and then our one of our announcer's $29.00 and who's been,
you know, broadcasting highlight involved in the highlight industry for 30 plus years. I had him look it over and we really tried to come up with the most balanced line ups that we could.
And we think we have 4 very competitive teams that are going to be playing singles and doubles against each other. And they're all sorta fired up to go for this prize money.
And so we'll see what unfolds here over the next 8 weeks. Ok, okay, well, what do you think that that on the front times will adopt you new battle court version of the game?
While we've already been contacted by the International federation that overseas highlight or pollute, as they call it in spain, and they're coming over to visit with us in March.
So, chance that others will want to, you know, sort of copycat if you will, team idea. And that also will give us the ability potentially to have international team competition,
which would be terrific. Oh, okay. Okay. And I heard a little something about you'll be in 50000000 homes this season and tell, tell us a little bit about the distribution things you have going on.
Well, we are really excited, and now with the deals we've done in just the last few weeks, we're up to 125000000 homes. And wow, we're,
of course, going to have, you know, watch highlight dot com. And the highlight app, which you can download for free. We're going to go to spain to law legal sport tv,
which has about $2000000.00 viewers. But here in the US, we're going to be on f T, f. Sports, which is for the fan and also on triple be tv,
which is creating highlight tv. And the way people can find that is on Roku, where they're on samsung plus tv. We're there and then select tv,
zoom local now and several other streaming providers. So, $125000000.00 homes are going to be at least available for people to watch, highlight, and we're really,
really enthused about that. Wow, that's really a sign. I love that. Well, will you picked up 2 or 3 new players? Have the played at different times or the new comments to the game.
We actually signed 7 players when I like 7 new guys when daniel highlight closed, there were 7 players there that really qualify in probably the top 25 players in the world.
One of them is the number one back quarter in the entire world, and so we signed all 7 of these players to contracts. They're coming over and joining our roster this year.
So we've expanded to 28 overall players. And these guys have been practicing now for the past about 6 weeks on their, on their teams, on their squads.
And so everybody's getting to know everybody. And we've got a real international roster of 2 players from mexico to, from the Philippines to, from france in about 7 from spain and the rest are homegrown here in the U.
S. So very international roster and we're looking forward to it. Wow, yeah, an exciting mixon exciting balance there will will. Will the National highlight championships be in November this year or will they come after the cycle?
The U. S. championships are going to be in August and then in August and then in October we're going to have what we call the world super court,
which will be double championships featuring players for around the world. And it's just going to be the best 8 teams in the world and we're having qualifying tournaments for that.
So we're looking forward to the U. S. championships in August and the world doubles championships in October. Wow, wow. You have 2 sets of championships going,
hey, can't be that long as people, you know, stay tuned in and keep watching and you know, become part of, again, you know,
that's, that's what I'm looking for. And on the global scale, do you feel highlight, the highlight community will, will adopt, you know, every fraud time will adopt the h 2 H battle core format.
I think that more and more people are recognizing that what we're doing here is the new way that highlight needs to be played makes the sport faster and patterns at after tennis and ping pong,
which both sports fans understand those games and can follow those games. So looks like we're, we're certainly gaining a lot of global acceptance, and a lot of people have decided that this is the model to follow.
So we're, we're certainly very happy to lead the way and, and be on the forefront of highlight. Ok. Ok, well did this season this season,
do you anticipate any, you know, stop, it's like the last couple of years or more than likely things will run smooth for you this year. We think it's going to be very smooth.
You know, we're like the whole world dealing still with, you know, leftover pandemic effects. But our guys are ready to go and everyone is committed and so you know,
little little, good luck and we'll go straight on through and it will be a remarkable season. Great, great. Well, what do you think highlight age to age?
You know, could win over many of the Florida baseball fans, you know, because it's a lockout. You think you'll be able to convert those fans to watch highlight this year.
garlen, you really hit the nail on the head there were hoping for that with the with spring training delayed. You know, people are looking to consume sports and of course,
you know, the super bowl over now. And we play sunday, monday and Tuesday and especially on Monday and Tuesday, there's very little else going on.
So we really think we'll get a lot of eyeballs on highlight. And then these people be like, well, this is great. You know, I'm going to tune in next Sunday afternoon and watch these guys play.
So I think we're going to make a lot of new fans and really stir things up, not just in the world of highlight, but in the overall sports world.
Right. Wow. Well, well, all right, scott, it's definitely been a pleasure having you on the podcast and I look forward to more updates as the season progresses.
And, you know, well, you mentioned the main days. You said one sunday through tuesday. Yes sir. suddenly monday, Tuesday 5 PM Eastern time,
5 PM Eastern time, and the 1st battle court matches are tonight. This is our day. This is it, times day we get things started. All right,
all right. Well thanks once again. And thanks for the list. Thank you. fullest listening audience for tuning in, stay tuned in to feeling better results.
